Waiver Forms
We now have one waiver that covers all events. The multi-purpose waiver covers animal handling, horse events, general participation activities such as wood chop, rodeo, young farmers’ challenge, vehicle races, etc.
WHO DOESN’T NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER?
Dogs NSW Members participating in a Dogs NSW event at your show do not need to sign a waiver as they are covered by their own insurance.
Pavilion entries DO NOT need to sign a waiver (e.g. cakes, veggies, photography, needlecraft, etc).
HOW LONG TO KEEP WAIVERS
Adults wishing to file a claim against your Show have three years from the date of the event to do so. Children have until they are 21 years of age. Therefore, it is important that: For competitors 18 years and over, waivers must be kept on file for 3 years. For competitors under 18 years of age, their waivers must be kept on file until the competitor is 21 years old.
